Mansfield St. Peter’s student wins agency billboard contest
RCCS surprised Quintin with a certificate presented by City of Mansfield Safety Service Director Lori Cope and members of the Mansfield Police Department and a pizza party for his classmates on Monday, May 6th at the school.
