The City of Shelby of Proclaims April Child Abuse Prevention Month

The City of Shelby proclaimed April as Child Abuse Prevention Month. Mayor Steve Schag presented a proclamation on Monday, April 7, to Richland County Children Services (RCCS) in observance of the month. RCCS Executive Director Tara Lautzenhiser accepted the proclamation and presented Blue Ribbons to Mayor Schag and council members.
