City of Ontario Proclaims Child Abuse Prevention Month

The City of Ontario proclaimed April as Child Abuse Prevention Month. Mayor Kris Knapp presented a proclamation Wednesday, April 2, to Richland County Children Services (RCCS) in observance of the month. RCCS Executive Director Tara Lautzenhiser and RCCS staff members accepted the proclamation and presented Blue Ribbons to Mayor Knapp for Ontario council members.
