Downtown Children's Festival draws huge crowd

The second annual Downtown Children's Festival in Mansfield on Saturday drew a huge crowd of children and families.
"We had a line in front of our tent from 10 a.m. until the event finished at 3 p.m.," said Carl Hunnell, the agency's public information and community outreach supervisor. "We popped more than 50 pounds of popcorn and handed out more than 1,000 bags. It was non-stop all day long!"
"Local residents support our agency so much year in and year out that we are honored to have chances like Saturday to give something back," Hunnell said.
RCCS will next participate in the Ontario 4th of July Festival on Saturday.
