Join Richland County Children Services at annual Downtown Children's Festival

Join Richland County Children Services and many others on Saturday, June 25, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the second annual Downtown Children's Festival in the Carrousel District in Mansfield.

The agency will have a tent set up and will be handing out free popcorn and information about services provided by the agency, as well as doing foster parent recruitment.
