Pinwheels for Prevention

Pinwheels for Prevention is a public awareness campaign to prevent the occurrence of child abuse and neglect. In 2009, there were 2,748 investigations of alleged child abuse and neglect in Richland County. You can prevent child abuse and neglect by reporting allegations to our 24-Hour Hotline at 419-774-4100. Pinwheels for Prevention is hosted locally by Richland County Children Services through a partnership with the Ohio Children's Trust Fund and Prevent Child Abuse America.
