Richland County Children Services Board seeking employee input

Richland County Children Services Board Chairman Robert Konstam and four additional board members attended an agency monthly staff meeting this morning.
Konstam told employees the board is working to improve communications and cooperation between the agency and other community stakeholders and also wants feedback and input on goals and policies from staff members.
Toward that end, Dr. Michelle Kowalski, a board member and university professor, distributed surveys the board would like employees to complete and return, indicating work-related challenges and also ideas for improvement.
In addition to Konstam and Kowalski, other board members attending today were Jim Kulig, Beth Price and Carol Payton.
