Richland County Children Services adding new playground equipment
July 18, 2012
Richland County Children Services Building and Grounds Department staff worked today to prepare the way for the latest "toys" at the agency playground.
Steve Plew and Shane Hedrick dug holes and poured concrete creating stable bases for Shark and Bee spring-riders that children and families can use during visitation periods at the agency.
The goal is to have the two new "rides" ready by the first of next week.
The playground already features a basketball court, tetherbell, climbing areas and "earth-moving equipment," as well as a covered pavilion and picnic table.
